Core Ascent is a financing facilitator, not a lender.

When you opt in to text messaging on a CloudMedSpas form, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record, including the date, time, and the form or keyword used to opt in. This information is used to send the messages described in our SMS Terms and Conditions. Phone numbers and consent records are stored on access-controlled systems, are accessible only to Core Ascent staff and the service providers that operate our form and messaging infrastructure, and are retained for as long as you remain opted in plus a reasonable period afterward to evidence consent, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Mobile information collected for SMS, including your phone number and opt-in status, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and no mobile opt-in data is sold.
